You retain ownership of reference photos and other content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the Service (including validation, generation, storage, and delivery to your devices).
Generated assets produced for your pet are provided for your personal use with the Service, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We retain all rights in the software, built-in assets, templates, and branding.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
AI-generated results may not perfectly match your pet’s appearance or behavior. We do not guarantee specific generation outcomes, timing, or compatibility with every device or system configuration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).
Fureverdock and its content, features, and functionality (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
